This course introduces the fundamental principles of corporate finance and their application in managing technology resources. It covers the structure of the Philippine capital market, financial statement analysis, working capital management, and long-term financial planning. Through a combination of lectures and computer-based laboratory exercises, students will develop the skills to interpret financial health, automate calculations using software tool models, and apply capital budgeting techniques to justify the strategic value of IT investments and projects.
