This course introduces classical methods of mathematical modeling alongside modern approaches using machine learning (ML). Students will construct, analyze, and apply models to real-world scenarios in areas such as epidemiology, ecology, finance, and engineering, while integrating ML tools for data-driven insights and predictive modeling.
