This course covers topics on data communication and network models, topologies, protocols, standards, and architectures. It also covers discussions on hardware components used in establishing communication between multiple networks and analysis on the effect of various topologies, applications, and devices on network performance. Also onto routing algorithms protocols, routing tables and router configuration.
The course will be hybrid in nature, with some lectures delivered through video conferencing setup and some in-person. Facebook Group Chats are used to disseminate announcements and for some students to ask some inquiries.
