This course is an in-depth study of the Internet, and the World Wide Web. It covers web technologies, information architecture, digital media, web development, vulnerabilities, social media, HTML/XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and JavaScript Code. Also, it includes an introduction to creating Dynamic Webpages using PHP and MySQL together with JavaScript. Extensive Laboratory exercises are expected. Students will also complete their projects.
The course will utilize the University’s MasaoLMS as a platform to distribute the lecture. Every topic will be provided with lecture videos and every week each faculty will hold consultation meetings online. Google Classrooms and Facebook Group Chats are utilized to disseminate announcements and do consultation discussions.
