This course mainly covers conceptual discussions and applications in different planning and control contexts. This encapsulates planning, implementation, and monitoring. The management planning level covers setting the appropriate mechanisms to achieve the goals. On the other hand, control covers the set mechanisms to achieve efficient implementation of the activities and to address possible and unprecedented issues during the implementation. This course is designed to equip students who are currently and planning to become public servants with management planning and control methodologies to achieve the intended function of their organization.
