This course provides an overview of the general concept of computers and computer applications for environmental science students; an understanding of basic statistics, using electronic spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel for statistical treatment on a data set, and an introduction to computer applications like Google Earth Pro and other similar geospatial applications and software.
