This course teaches on the study of the food safety concerns, control measures, evaluation of quality attributes, selection, and implementation of grade standards, grading procedures and the Philippine Food Laws, grade standards and regulations applicable to fresh and farm produce.
It will help you understand various food quality characteristics and evaluation measures, and describe the development of various local and international standards relating to food quality and safety. This will then promote the application of food quality awareness to the public to ensure food safety.
