This course will entail students to learn the basic function of a manager applicable in decision making which is applicable to the real world problems. Furthermore, students would learn how to apply planning, leading, organizing, and control principles into the resources in order to increase the efficiency.

Upon completion of the course, the student must be able to:


1. Provide exposure to key principles and practices used in engineering management.
2. Provide opportunities to analyze cases in the management of innovation.
3. Be exposed to key principles of Lean Six Sigma and apply them to different case studies.
