Concepts and application of site diagnosis,
design and appraisal of agroforestry system
Course Intended Learning Outcomes :
At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
1. discuss the Philippine uplands as a resource system, issues related to upland development, and the niche of agroforestry as a land use system in the uplands;
2. apply appropriate tools and techniques in diagnosing the conditions of specific farms and/or farming communities;
3. design and prepare appropriate agroforestry development interventions; and
4. evaluate appropriateness of agroforestry development interventions
