This course will equipped the students with necessary knowledge and basic skills in the management of farm animals for efficient production of meat, milk, and other products. Contents are designed comprehensively for students to learn the general practices involved in raising cattle, dairy animals and small ruminants which they could apply in their farms or respective communities. Also, this course will teach learners how to integrate livestock enterprises in the production of crops and make use of farm by-products to meet the nutrient requirements of animals.
